The client asked me to set up a dessert table and cocktail bar for their staff christmas function and I went with a fairly classic colour palette and decorations. The gorgeous tassel garland I've used is from www.facebook.com/Dandy&Darling in Australia.

    Dessert Buffet included Caramel Mud Cake Pops, Toffee Covered Profiteroles, Individual Chocolate Tarts, Red Velvet Macarons and Tiramisu Pots

  • What People Drank

    Cocktail Bar was set up with Merry Berry Punch and mixers such as soda water, cranberry juice and pineapple juice so guests could make their own cocktails
