What People Ate
The night started with a 'Chaat Bar'. Chaats are simple to make and can be tailored to each person's taste. Samosas and lime-garlic-masala shrimp were passed. Dinner was chicken curry, mixed bhaji, vegetable biryani, stuffed kulcha and garlic butter naan.
