Party Recap
I can't believe my little Ellie is already one year old!
I've always loved a carnival themed party, so my daughters first birthday was the perfect time to get my fix! I hand made the banners, tassels, and back drop.
Tips:
Strands of fringe garland make for a statement backdrop! And it's so affordable! I found mine at Shop Sweet Lulu.
