Firemen Birthday

This one was special, Rosa came to be on a super small budget. But she wanted to give her son a perfect birthday. He loves firemen and wants to be one. So I did all I could do give her a amazing party on a $500.00 budget and I think it worked. She was so happy and so was her son.
