Colorful Polka Dot 1st Birthday Party!

We did this party on a very tight budget! Everything besides the balloons was purchased at the dollar store, or was a fun diy project. The party dress was $6 at a garage sale, I baked the smash cake and cupcakes for the guests, I couponed and bought food on sale, all of my photo prints were free thanks to a promo code at Shutterfly, we gave the children each a balloon as a party favor. It turned out well, our guests had fun, and the Birthday girl had a blast! Low stress + low budget party = win-win!
