Party Recap...

I wanted to do something special for my mom's 60th birthday. So knowing that she liked nature, I decided to throw her a woodland themed party.

I decorated both indoors and out with trinkets and nature elements. I wanted to keep it fairly simple. With the theme being woodland I was able to find a lot of the decorations right in my back yard, such as tree twigs and stumps, moss, acorns, pine cones and other things.

What People Ate

I ordered a Subway platter. In addition to that we had "forest food" which included nuts and berries. We also had chips, cheese and crackers. To add a bit of sweetness I made acorn candy
