Girl Jungle Baby Shower

Baby shower full of fun activities and simple styling decor to go with the Jungle Jill theme that the parents-to-be chose for their baby girl's crib bedding.

• Desserts

  Parents-to-be are not too into sweets, so just wanted a simple, not too expensive, cake. So, I went to our local grocery store and gave a printed design to go with the theme and a sketch of a cake. They really came through at a fraction of what it would have been to get a fondant cake with 3D figures.

• Party Favors

  Daddy-to-be, who threw the shower as a surprise for Mommy-to-be, chose chocolate covered Oreos. We kept them nice and cool inside and handed them out at the end of the party to keep them from melting!

• Activities / Games

  We had an amazing DJ host the shower with music and a variety of games that included races, relays, trivia, contests, and amazing gift baskets for prizes.

• What People Ate

  We went with an appetizer menu for guests to just pick at: subs, BBQ meatballs, vegetable platter, shrimp skewers and breads with dip were the options.

• What People Drank

  Water, sodas and some alcohol was served at this party.
