I wanted to give my daughter a beautiful, mostly homemade, Alice in Wonderland party. It isn't over- the- top but there are tons of details and special touches. I like all things DIY! For me, that is what makes an event memorable.
Gwenna (the birthday girl) of course.

Activities / Games
The kids made "shrinky dink" Alice necklaces, played a relay race "painting the roses red" and "move down" and croquet.
Home made "Take One" toy bags filled with: daisy grow kits, Alice in Wonderland book, necklace, and rabbit crackers.
Two of the youngest guests sat at the small table with the canopy and played tea party together while they ate.
What People Ate
Brunch foods: egg casserole, fruit tarts, cheeses, stuffed mushrooms, peanut butter sandwiches, turkey and cheese sandwiches, dumplings...
What People Drank
Assortment of lemonade and tea
Most Touching Moment
When Gwenna told me it was the best party ever!
When the kids ditched the long table and crowded around one in the shade...it was getting hot!
