Glam Barbie Party

The hot pink chandelier was what first inspired me to create this party. It screams Barbie, does it not? And every girl loves Barbie! So I wanted it to be a focal point for sure. I wanted to do a really sleek and sophisticated, super glam Barbie theme that would be perfect for girls of any age. So I stuck with just pinks, black and white for my color palette.

The framed “You can be anything” really embodies why this doll is everyone’s favorite. I made black glittered candlesticks and sprinkled the table with pink jewels to add a little whimsy. I used real flowers because nothing else comes close to the beauty of fresh flowers in pink! The diamond back black chairs were absolutely perfect and we used a bench for the other side, which I love for a party. I had to have the classic Barbie cake. I had this cake at more than one party when I was younger and it was so fun to have it again! Lastly, the hot pink favor boxes had, what else, but chocolate in them for guests to take home.
