Glow party birthday

This food table set up for a glow party was so amazing! Circle and star garlands taped vertically against a black backdrop added a lot of color. The cake topper can be personalized with a name or age to make the birthday guest feel special. Neon dot confetti adds some fun and flair. All items are made from UV reflective poster board that glows under black light.
