mom made every centerpiece , she made the candy and she h the wreath and my grandmother made the cake table tulle skirt and the back drop my mother made every Pom Pom by hand out of tissue paper . My mother has never made a wreath before nor has she made Pom poms or centerpieces as well as my grandmother has never made a tulle skirt , they both worked together and learned how to make all this for the first time .
