Party Recap

Jacob has been wanting a Power Ranger party for a year now. There aren't many party stores in our area, and those we do have didn't have any Power Ranger paraphernalia. After much research on Catch My Party and the web, we were able to put together a Power Ranger Training camp party. We had 6 stations and finished with a Power Ranger graduation. Images we used were found on the internet.

  • Activities / Games

    1. Strength - Kids had to pull a "stone of energems" which was 3 - 5 pound weights wrapped in a bag and duct taped with some jewels stuck on top of it. 2. Energize - Kids had to punch through to get their chosen energem. 3. Bravery - Kids had to return the Dino zord eggs (marshmallows marked with a Dino Zord color) to the proper Dino Zord using just a spoon. Older kids had to use their mouth. 4. Defeat - Defeat the bad guys by shooting them down. We found 'bad guy' pictures on the internet and stuck them to cups. Kids had to shoot them down. 5. Speed - Kids had to move quickly as possible through an obstacle course. This came together last minutes with items available at the venue. My favourite part was raising the Power Ranger flag! 6. Save the good guys - We found a power ranger memory game. We taped the cards under plates and put the matching card on a table. Kids chose a card and quickly as possible had to go find their match hiding under a plate. The graduation included face masks we bought from Michaels and had preassembled; swords made from mini pool noodles and duct tape; power ranger belts made from ribbon, masson jar caps and holes punched from a gold gift bag.
