Party Recap

James wanted Spiderman and I wanted to do something other than buy a bunch of Spiderman themed stuff and eat cake. Four year old boys and girls need to move, so created a Spiderman Training Camp in my backyard plus a Spidey Hunt for Spiderman Gear to help them catch the "bad guy". We set up an obstacle course in the backyard (a little hilly) with climbing tunnel, zig-zag dodge through the bad guys, kicking practice (soccer net), climbing and balancing up an incline board with rope attached. They wore themselves out going around and around the course. Then we hunted down three boxes, one with a Spiderman Mask, another with Spidey-senses bracelet and then silly string - "the web". We found the bad guy (James' dad), webbed him, and then ate cake - Spiderman Face. Perfect for a large group of kids and pretty easy to pull off, everyone has outdoor game stuff to set up. Everyone had a fantastic time!
