Party Recap...
An elegant Monte Carlo inspired casino night.
Black tie. Professional tables and dealers, as well as a bartender & servers were hired. Invitations, decorations & favors were handmade by me, as was most of the food.
Party Highlights
What People Ate
Fois gras mousse with apple preserves, artichoke canapes with parmesan and shallots, smoked salmon mousse on rye toast points, smoked salmon rosettes with wasabi cremem fraiche. (All homemade)
What People Drank
Glasses of champagne were presented upon arrival to each guest. Signature cocktail: The Johnny-Tini.
Dessert
Dessert bar featuring homemade mixed berry salad with grand marnier sauce, mini tea cookies, and pastries.
Activities / Games
Casino night with professional tables & dealers for poker, blackjack, and roulette. Prizes for the top three winners of the night. Plus surprise prizes for the best-dressed which were chosen by the dealers and wait staff.
Party Favors
Hand-painted, monogrammed martini glasses for each guest, with hanmade fleur de lis wine glass charm, and filled with chocolate truffles.
