Party Recap

Tables were arranged in a "U" shape and divided into sections. I had a banner made displaying her senior photos and this only cost me $5.00 using an online code I had found! All the decorations and most of the items displayed were from the dollar store, including confetti, tableclothes, etc. or from Amazon. All the display signs, labels and stickers I made myself.

GRADUATION TABLE:
*Graduation cap card holder
*Scrapbook I made with photos from memorable events, sports, accomplishments and ending with her college acceptance letter and info about the field of study she was pursuing
*High school diploma, framed professional senior photos, her graduation cap
*Dr. Suess book (I'd written a note to her on the inside cover telling her how proud I was of all her accomplishments and achievements!)
*MVP medals recd from softball

PARTY FAVORS/PARTICIPATION:
*Memory jar - I bought a large glass jar then asked guests to share their fav memory with the grad.
*Box with envelopes for guests to write down their mailing address (these were from the thank you notes I'd purchased so she filled out the thank you and put it in the envelope they already filled out!).
*Favors - the table was loaded with bead necklaces (some having the year displayed), glow sticks, pins, mini tassels (all purchased from dollar store), mini bottles of bubbles from the dollar store and I purchased silver metallic grad cap stickers to place on the front of the bottle!

CANDY/DESSERT TABLES:
I used various glass jars, bowls, margarita glasses and vases (mostly from dollar store) and decorated them with ribbons and made my own display signs using mini cardstock and stickers from craft store. There was a basket with small paper bags for guests to fill with desserts and candy. Everything was red and white, which is the color scheme for the college she was attending. All the candy I purchased from different places, but I watched for sales and went to an outlet we have near us and Oriental Trading. The candy scoops were from Amazon.
I also made the stickers and display signs, as well as the displays for the unicorn pop suckers and cake push pops using cardboard boxes, tissue paper, ribbons and stickers all from craft store.
The cake was from Sam's Club (plain 3 tier red/white cake). I then used cake glitter and cake dusting powder (craft store), then added the pearls, star picks and the IU cake topper which was actually a large metal pin I attached to a clear stick!

FOOD/DRINKS:
I had a huge menu of food and drinks (I made everything other than the chicken)! A table held all the paper plates/bowls, utensils, etc. I also had a syrofoam cooler next to the drinks with a bag of ice and a scoop for those that wanted to add it. :)
