Its was a December birthday so we did blue snowman plates and cups we bought snowman goodie bags and filled them with candy we hung snowflakes and balloons from the ceiling we had a hot cocoa bar with marshmallows and other items for the kids to make their own and we had blue candy canes and a pin the nose on frosty the kids loved the party
