Kat's Chillin' & Grillin' Birthday Party!

I love creating for my sister-in-law's birthday every year. I look forward to it every year and we bounce off each other well, with both of us being creatives. This year she presented me with theme Chillin' & Grillin' - a BBQ concept and the summer colour palette of yellow, white and a touch of grey.

As usual, the creation of a save the date facebook invitation spawned into the paperie, and before I knew it I was thinking up crazy dessert ideas and calling my favourite cake artist Lenny of La Petite Pops =)

So here is the 'mini' dessert table set-up for Kat - my birthday present for her. I loved every element but I must say, the execution of the all edible, very awesome, 'Weber cake pops' by La Petite Pops was my favourite!

There were also a drink station that included 4x different drinks including my signature drink, the 'pink drink' - a mix of Pink Grapefruit drink and Ginger beer with strawberries, lychees and mint.

With every Kat party, the food is guaranteed to be amazing and it was the perfect mix of the classic Aussie BBQ with a twist of Thai.
