Party Recap...
This was for my precious granddaughter that I am raising. The theme may seem a little young for an 11 year old, but Kymberlee is a special needs child who is just learning to read. She loves everything Dr. Seuss and has many books and stuffed characters. She was so excited about her party and especially the cake I made for her.

Budget
Low budget. I did everything myself except for a few hours of help from some wonderful friends from church who helped prepare the food for serving.
