"Let's Have Tea for Lenix Turning Three"

This was by far my favorite birthday party memory for Lenix! She had a tea party for her 3rd birthday. We held it at a local country club which was central for all of the invited toddlers. Everything was purchased at a wonderful price! We bought tea sets from area flea markets and lots of decorations from Dollar Tree and Wal-Mart! I know on all of my party posts I mention this but it is unreal the decorative options you can have when working with a set budget! =) So here is a snippet for all you middle-class working moms who want a precious party but within a reasonable price range!

  Pink lemonade served in tea pots

• Desserts

  Cake, white chocolate covered marshmallows, Danish wedding cookies, cupcakes

• Party Favors

  Boas draped over their chairs, star wands, and Granimal t-shirts with sewn faux pockets made of various pink paterns (this was handy to ensure that our guests RSVP'd which helped minimize on unnecessary purchasing of not just favors but food as well)

• Activities / Games

  Dance floor for dancing Nail painting station Bubble wrap popping area where taped bubble wrap was placed (A PARTY FAVORITE I MIGHT ADD) Cinderella movie playing from a projector onto a spacious wall Visit from Cinderella/Snow White (played by a teenage distant relative and her friend)
