My daughter had a spa themed birthday party this year. she turned 8. We invited about 14 girls from school and girl scouts. I set up a couple different stations for the girls to move through. They got thier nails painted and a back massage at station one, foot soak and toenails painted at station 2, I had a craft table where they were able to color and decorate crowns, they all got to put on a face mask lay down and I put cucumbers on there eyes and they relaxed. They all recieved handmade eye masks, a nail manicure kit, polish, a scented pouch for thier drawers at home, a take home cup of the face mask, thier decorated crown, and the "fancy" glasses we drank from. It was a lot of time management but, in the end all the girls had a blast and I kept it on the cheap end by shopping at the dollar store and clearance bins at Michaels and other local craft stores. I am a scrapbooker so, almost all of the decorations were made by hand and from my stockpile of paper!.
tHE SMILE ON MY DAUGHTERS FACE WHEN SHE SAW EVERYTHING SET UP AND ALL SHE COULD SAY WAS "MAMMA WOW"

The good night hug and kiss from Lindsey at the end of the day and her telling me how much fun she had
All the girls were laying on the floor in the basement enjoying thier relaxation time with the face mask and my dog Hershey ( chocolate lab) came running down the stairs and starting licking all of them. All the girls screamed and laughed!
