I love every bit of this party!! I actually found the polka dot print smash cake outfit and have been looking for party decor to match ever since! I would love to talk with you about a few things like the water bottle labels and where you found the fabric! Thanks in advance! -missy

Party Recap...

We had an amazing time celebrating our little man's first birthday! I found some great material and created his tie and his sister's dress. I designed the party around those colors and all of his favorite things.

Party Highlights

Best Moment

Watching our little man eat his cake....helped by his big sissy of course!

Most Touching Moment

The kiss shared between our daughter and son.

Best Dressed

Little man of course....everyone loved his tie made by mommy. Second best was his sissy of course in her custom dress from HootyCutie Designs (www.hootycutiedesigns.blogspot.com) made especially to match her brother.

What People Ate

Everyone snacked on our little man's favorite treats....cheerios, nila wafers, chocolate covered mandarin oranges, fresh strawberries and fruit dip, fresh squash, zucchini, cucumbers and dip.

What People Drank

We had fresh lemonade and some colorful fruit drinks for the kids.

Dessert

The cake was vanilla with buttercream icing and made by Marilyn Gingrich our go to cake lady here in Tallahassee. She matched the cake to the invitation.

Activities / Games

The kids enjoyed our beautiful spring weather and played on our playground in the backyard

Budget

we were definitely on a shoestring budget I made all the food, decorations & invitations. You can read about it on my blog...www.simplysprout.blogspot.com..... you don't have to spend a fortune to have a beautiful party.

The party favors were our little man's favorites Nila wafers that were iced with polka dots, number 1's and the letter C (for our little man Callen)
