Luau Party

Families had the opportunity to hang loose for the afternoon courtesy of Southern Marin Mothers Club. Tropical lunch and drinks were available from the Tiburon Peninsula Club Cafe. Guests were entertained with a full Polynesian show performed by Bay Area Hula, a musical duo featuring a steel drum musician and the San Francisco Bubble Man. An on-site playground plus bounce houses were enjoyed by both big and small kids. Healthy popsicles from Plenty Pops, various roasted seaweed snacks donated by GimMe Health Foods and a themed craft area sponsored by UrbanSitter brought more island fun to the day. The SMMC Philanthropy team collected back to school supply and backpack donations for the Ritter Center and SMMC Kids Helping Kids sold refreshing drinks for charity.
