Party Recap
Oh, boy our little Maxim turned the big 1! After contemplating the birthday theme we knew it had to be Mickey Mouse. Our little guy isnt much of a TV fan but he seemed to truly enjoy Mickey Mouse Clubhouse...that helped seal the deal! From there on out we loved the idea of M is for Maxim and Mickey Mouse and kept that focus. There were so many ideas everywhere I searched, I was so inspired!! After being blessed with the most amazing gift our precious little Maxim,we had to go all out! It sure was a Mickey Mouse extravaganza, I hope that the pictures do it justice! :0)

Thank you JillP! You'd be surprised to know that I created it on the Powerpoint software. I created it as a slide and then saved it as a jpg. picture I'm sure there is better software for this but we loved the way they turned out...not only did we love them but they were so inexpensive!! I then downloaded the jpg image of the slide onto Costco's website and created a greeting card...which gave us 50 cards with envelopes(that we didnt' use because they didnt fit in them) all for an amazing price. As far as the Mickey head cut out...I used a scrapbooking blade to cut the Mickey head the size I wanted and then did the same with the mickey pants then glued white buttons to add dimension. You can also use the cricut if you own one. I made my own oversize black envelopes with the big square scrapbooking paper as well.

Thank you. I have been thinking for some time about ordering a cricut and I just might have to now. You should think about selling your powerpoint invite on Etsy. It really is good!
