Party Recap...

We had Max's party on the evening of his birthday. The theme was a retro surf party with the main colors being turquoise and orange. We served BBQ beef and chicken sandwiches, pasta salad and cole slaw. We also had a spinach dip with veggies, stuffed jalapeños and a fruit salad. For dessert Max had his very own smash cake and we had a tower of lemon and chocolate cupcakes. It was a fun party and most importantly, Max had a blast.

I think everyone's favorite moment was when Max completely demolished his smash cake!

Most Touching Moment

Max had a huge grin when everyone sang to him.

What People Ate

BBQ sandwiches, pasta salad, coleslaw, stuffed jalapenos, fruit salad, and spinach dip with Hawaiian bread and veggies.

What People Drank

for the kids, lemon/limeade with dolphin ice cubes for the adults, fruity Sangria and beer

Dessert

Fish jello and a cupcake tower with lemon cupcakes with lemon buttercream and chocolate cupcakes with vanilla and almond buttercream.

Activities / Games

Some kids swam in our backyard pool but most just played inside. We played a little game to predict Max's future profession.
