I got the cut outs (cupcake toppers) and the coffins on etsy. The coffins are not assembled and they do take ALOT of patience :-) They come in all sizes and colors though i think. Where did you find the Monster High books? Too cute!

I made these :-) Purchased the notebooks at the Dollar Tree as they were the only store they had 20. Then i ordered the sticker labels on etsy. I could find a link if you are interested! :-)

I searched and found them on www.etsy.com They were difficult to put together had to hot glue them but well worth it :-)
