How to make ballon arch

Hi Madonna. We made balloon arch using "link o loon" balloons (http://sempertex.com/en/?referencias=colores_fashion_lol) . Also, we've glued large and small ballons to make the silhouette of Mickey Mouse.

Shantelle, We use a Colombian's glue called "Cauchola", but we don't know how call it in USA... sorry.
