Hi Felicia, The labels were part of a very affordable printable package from http://www.etsy.com/listing/82879597/50-off-diy-printable-mickey-mouse and the Mouse Hand shaped plates came from Target last fall, they had a whole line of disney items in the dinnerware aisles. I used glue dots to stick them to candleholder bases for height. I hope this helps - have a wonderful party.
