Mimi's Sweets

Mimi's Sweets was a birthday party given for a very special grandmother. Mimi turned 70 and her family surprised her with this fun, funky, colorful candy table. Each candy was picked because they are Mimi's favorites.
The candy table featured circus peanuts, candy cigarettes, fireballs, gumballs, salt water taffy, swirl lollipops, lots and lots of candy dots, and a few extras! We loved working with novelty candy and especially designing around it.
Silly Fish Parties hand crafted a giant candy centerpiece that really tied the table together.

  The dessert was a candy cake inspired by cake designer Katherine Sabbath. We used a local baker (Cutchogue, NY) and drew her a design of what we wanted. Wow! She made it perfect!
