Welcome Table Details:
As guests entered the party, they first saw a pretty welcoming table with framed photos of the birthday girl, a welcome sign, and custom pom pom arrangements which set the tone for the party. Hung above the table was a large letter "A" created from styrofoam and then covered in a pretty hot pink damask fabric.

Guest Tables:
We arranged these with a mix of round tables on the perimeter with a row of long rectangular tables in the center. Some tables had white tablecloths and others had black. I sewed fabric runners for each table using zebra print, hot pink polka dots, and hot pink damask prints. We created various arrangements with the Minnie Mouse sillouette adorning them all in many sizes from tiny quarter sized up to a large 10 inch size made from styrofoam balls which were spray painted black and topped with a large bow.

Dessert Table:
The Backdrop - Custom Cardstock "Happy Birthday Addison" birthday banner by Southern Sisters Designs on etsy surrounded by handmade tissue pom poms which were hung on the wall as well.
Using a black tablecloth as the base, I then layered my custom runners, hot pink dots on top of zebra print down the center. Deco mesh was placed on the top of the table to add a touch of sparkle. We used a mix of black and white cake plates which had dangling rhinestones to add more glitz to the table. The main cake was surrounded by lovely cupcakes in zebra and hot pink wrappers, cake pops, and the adorable smash cake, as well as her custom party hat that I made. On each end of the table, were various treats placed inside apothecary jars. These included rock candy, taffy, lollipops, chocolate pops, pink malt balls, pink marshmallows, chocolate turtles, and several other yummy sweets.

Her highchair was decorated with a cardstock banner by Southern Sisters Designs on etsy. Zebra print fabric was draped over the seat and then I placed her personalized bib that I made on the tray.

We placed framed pictures of the birthday girl throughout, including the food bar and drink station.

Solid colored cups, napkins, and plates were used as well as hot pink damask printed cups and zebra printed napkins. These were displayed using a hot pink damask tin bucket, and we attached personalized labels that I made onto several cups as well as scattered throughout the food bar. I made pennant buntings and hung one along with pom poms above the food bar. We also hung pom poms on the walls of large reception hall.

The main activites included Minnie Mouse's Bow-tique, a fun dress up station filled with tons of items for the children to use, and a hired facepainter. There was also a inflatable bouncy house.
