    Roxie, Yes, it is plastic tablecloths. I used three of them. I taped it over about an inch to make a pocket. Then I gathered them through a tension rod. I hope that helps!

    I made the banner with my silhouette cutting machine. I made the Minnie ears using a tutorial online. I'm not sure what chocolate you are asking about. The cake pops? They are covered in melting chocolate and then I cut a circl melting choclaye in half for the ears. I hope that helps!
