Mother's Day

An annual Mother's Day diner for a group of special ladies

  Appetizers pineapple mango salsa, bruschetta, and fresh fruit. Main course coconut rice,curry shrimp in coconut sauce,garlic herb mashed potatoes,mushroom chicken,salmon in a chili wine sauce,steamed mussels, veggie Alfredo.

  Chocolate baileys cup cakes, patron cupcakes, chocolate mousse cake and a chocolate bowl filled with coconut rum whipped cream and fresh berries
