Party Recap...
I always wanted to a CARNIVAL party! Parker had so much fun at his Mickey Mouse party last year that I knew right away I wanted to do the Carnival for his 3rd b-day!
I started planning 6 months in advance! I bought things here and there b/c I knew it could become quite costly!
The party turned out great-besided the fact that it was very WINDY!
The kids had a blast-and even the adults! LOL!
