Perfect Pastel Tea for Teens

When a mom asked for a high tea for her daughters thirteenth birthday party. I knew, traditional would have to get a fun twist.
A few Mad Hats to decorate was thrown into this purple and pastel tablescape. And a punch of purple made this tea party pretty perfect!
