Party Recap
A very pink 9th birthday sleepover with a vintage sweet shoppe theme. I did many DIY's for the party from having a pink polka dot fabric bunting, matching table runner, a cake bunting and a makeshift photo booth. I had SO much fun making the vintage inspired party hats too! This party was so much fun to plan! There is more info here: http://whimages.blogspot.com/2011/03/sweet-shoppe-party.html
Party Highlights

Best Moment
When Peyton walked into the house right before her party started and saw the entire setup. She was SO HAPPY!

What People Ate
vanilla cake with swiss meringue strawberry buttercream, coconut cupcakes with 7minute frosting and coconut flakes, petite cheesecakes, chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate covered Oreo cakesters. I also made chocolate ballet slippers, mustaches and puffy lip pops. We also had strawberry sundae's for "dessert" LOL

What People Drank
pink lemonade for the girls and white zinfandel (pink) and bottled water for the mommies

Most Touching Moment
The hug Peyton gave me right before the party started and when she told me it was the best party ever!
-
Funniest Moment
Almost all of the times the girls were posing in the photo booth. They had silly hats, wigs, weird glasses, fake noses and twinkling tiaras
