Party Recap

I started planning E's birthday party before she was even born! I knew I wanted to do a brunch. My husband and I like making big breakfasts for friends and family, and having a party from 10:30-12:30 allows everyone to enjoy the majority of their day uninterrupted.

I chose Pink, Pink with White Polka Dots, & Blue as my "Theme" because those are E's signature colors. Her nursery, her birth announcements, her pottery barn chair, and even her luggage are all in those colors.

Hi, Love your party! Where did you get the bubble/light wands? Also did you make the cupackes in a jar? Such a cute idea. Where do you find the little jars? Thanks!

Thank you! The bubble wands were on sale at target for $1, and the jars were in the canning section at the grocery. (Kroger). I had someone make them for me, but she just baked the cupcakes & cut them in half. 3 halves went into each jar with icing in between.

I had stickers printed & I stuck them to the flat part of the lid. If you think of how a mason jar lid is 2 pieces, when I screwed the 2nd part on it sealed the sticker. I took that part off for the display

I had fruit, little white doughnuts & mini pecan bites in cupcake liners on one of the tiered trays. Oreo balls dipped in pink & blue chocolate, as well as dipped pretzels, & and pink blue or white candy I could find!
