Princess Birthday Party
ByParty Recap
Most little girls are dazzled by princesses and pink and my girls are no exception! My daughter (my 2nd child) was about to turn 1 and I wanted to have a special party! Simple yet elegant, I threw a princess birthday party embellished with a gold and pink color scheme. Family and friends came to help celebrate this fun occasion!
Party accents included princess wands, floating tea lights in bright pink water, a vintage trunk and a framed photo of my daughter smashing her cake! Also, I incorporated unique glassware including ornate platters and bowls to accent the table and hold delicious treats.
A beautiful pink and gold cake adorned with a princess crown and a fancy floral design displayed at the center of the table. Chocolate and vanilla cupcakes filled a dainty glass platter, complimenting the decorations perfectly. Other tasty snacks included a chocolate fondue bar with angel food cake cubes, fresh fruit, marshmallows and animal crackers.
