Party Recap...
The party was a back-to-school party for children that attend Faith Family Church. A "princess & pirate" helped oversee the games. We were able to sneak in a lesson on manners as the children ate lunch, with a color sheet and a song about manners. The highlight of the party was a one-for-all and all-for-one treasure hunt. All the children found their loot (backpacks (pirates) or tote bags (princess), full of back-to-school related items plus pirate/princess related items.
Party Highlights
Best Moment
After following all the "poem" clues and the children found the treasure. It was so much fun watching their faces light up as they found each clue and ultimately, the treasure!

The next day one of the moms said to me, "When we went out to dinner last night my three year old daughter told us all to put our napkins in our lap before we ate." She had learned that during the manners segment of the party.

Musical Chairs! I'm amazed at how much children love this simple game.
