I LOVE this and my daughter does, too. She has decided to do this for her birthday and I'm wondering if you can tell me where you got your printables from? Did you make them yourself and if so which font did you use?

Love this party look and style....Having an art party this week for our kids 5th birthday. Could really use your help. Where can we buy the printables? Would love to get these ideas out.

I used Power Point to create the signs. I also used free clip art I found on line. I used the following fonts: KG Only*Hope & Juice ITC For the "floating paint cans" I used a bucket, some rocks and a wooden dowel. I positioned the dowel in the bucket. Placed rocks in the bucket to keep the dowel vertical. Draped a Dollar Tree plastic table cloth over the dowel and then hung the paint bucket on top of the dowel. No glue needed! It was really easy and pretty inexpensive.

LOVE this party! The paint can contraption is genius! My husband will be so happy I don't have to put (more) holes in the ceiling. Thanks for the font breakdown too. I'm sure your daughter and her friends totally had a great time.

The Edible Art Kit made candy necklaces. Gummy lifesavers and fruit cereal rings. Easy and fun for the kids!

I love your art party theme. I wanted to know where you bought the paint palettes and how did you make the rainbow popcorn? Did you add food coloring to the popcorn once it popped?

Thank you so much! I ordered the paint pallets from Amazon and the popcorn, too! I just did not have enough time to make my own popcorn. I saw several recipes on Pinterest on how to make it with jello powder so that each color has a different flavor.

Where did you happen to get the sprinkles for the cake? I am looking for large, round sprinkles for a polka dot themed party and can't seem to find them. Thanks!

I bought the rainbow plates from Party City and the sprinkles from Michael's or JoAnn Fabrics.

Exactly! I used a dowel and stuck it in a foam block from the $ Tree. Then I put it into a box with some rocks in it to keep it steady. Super easy :)

Did you make the self portrait printable yourself? Love it! Is it just an 8.5x11 horizontal?

  • Harmommy5

    Harmommy5 wrote:

Yes I did. Yes, it's looks bigger in the picture, but it was just an 8.5x11 paper.
