Dr Seuss Ice Cream Gradution! A lot of the things I created (DIY). The "ice cream parlor" was made out of cardboard, ice cream cone holder made out of cardboard box and Dr Seuss wrapping party, the truffula trees out of tissue paper, electric tape, and swim noodles, my daughter and I created cupcakes with paper straws and cotton candy. Pin the Hat on the Cat was drawn with makers and hats were cut outs.
