Party Recap

Reagan celebrated her 5th birthday Frozen style. The girls each "Built a Snowman" goodie bag to take home, enjoyed some yummy frozen treats and topped off the party with a visit from the fabulous Elsa! Along with Elsa, the girls enjoyed a Frozen sing-a-long and each got special "Frozen" snowflakes painted on their face!

The party theme focused mainly on Elsa, with white and turquoise being the predominant colors! A fun wreath with Olaf welcomed the guests, and of course a giant cutout of Anna & Elsa when you first came in the door! The girls tables were covered in blue paper to replicate the look of ice, and each had a paper tiara under their plate. Both decorative and functional!

Hi! These are gorgeous. What did you use for the "snow" that they are standing on? Salt? Also did you sponge on the white circles inside the vase? I'm doing my daughter's party on Sunday. :-)

HI! So sorry I didn't get back to you in time for the party! We have been out of town! I did use salt, and just painted on the outside! I've learned it just comes right off in the dishwasher, making easy clean-up! Did you post pictures? I would love to see your party! :)

Hey there. Your daughters party was beautiful. I love the mason jars. I'm assuming you just painted the bottoms? And curious how you made the lids? Thanks :)

Hi! Thank you! I did just paint the bottom, and dipped them in a little clear glitter! It all came right off in the dishwasher, making them totally reusable! I had the lids from a previous party! They are daisy cut mason jar lids, that I ordered off of etsy! ( Not even sure which site!) They are easy to find!! It was certainly a fun party to throw!

Did you make the wreath or buy it on Etsy? Also, would love to find the name banner (Reagan) but for my daughter...is it homemade or Etsy? Thanks so much!!

Hi Jennifer! Thank you so much! you will have so much fun doing a Frozen party! I found the Frozen banner here (for FREE :) ) http://bakingdom.com/2014/03/frozen-birthday-cake-and-banner.html The wreath I made, super easy & cheap..I just used a straw wreath form and wrapped turquoise yarn around it! I did make the name banner with my Silhouette, but I imagine you could find someone on Etsy that sells them!!! Have fun!!
