Robin's Polka Dot Pancakes and Pajamas Party! (On A Budget!)

In creating this party, I wanted to prove you can indeed throw an awesome pajama party or any kind of party on a budget. I also wanted to prove to myself that I can indeed throw a great party just from using items I had saved in my party stash or just from around the house. Everything about this party was about keeping everything within a reasonable budget.
