Round & Round We Laugh & Play

Damiya and Samara, beautiful twin girls turned 6 this year. Their mom decided to hold their party at the brand new carousel at the National Harbor. The carousel sits right on the edge of the Potomac river so there was a pretty view of the water and a wonderfully sunny day...which was amazing since the week leading up to it was full of rain.
