A DIY Angry Birds Birthday Party

When my friend asked me to help with this party I was SO excited. It was for my godson. He loved the Angry Birds... and so did I! I was addicted to the game by then so it wasn't hard to find inspiration.
Every day I would come home from work and build new things. I barely slept with my mind always racing, thinking of new ideas for the party. It was so much fun planning this day.
A friend made the cake - how gorgeous was it? - and we took care of the rest. We made some throwing games with cans and boxes. The kids loved it. And destroyed it ASAP. But in a fun way, that's what counts.
We made a piñata that was REALLY hard to smash. It was so hard that the kids went extra-crazy when it finally opened.
We made some photobooth props and the kids loved it too. It was a lovely day.
