Party Recap

My daughter loves My Little Pony and this year wanted a special My Little Pony party for my daughter's third birthday. This was the first year she was old enough to pick her own theme. We made it special! With a perfect toddler sized bounce house, play houses, silly string, balloons, and rainbow dash hair clips, bubbleachine and lots of sugar, the kids had a blast running around playing. The decor just added to the colorful fun we all had. I made her party printable on the table and treat bags as an added special touch.

lovely party, you are very creative! Just wondering ... did the juice from the berries make the cones soggy?

Thank you! Actually they did not get soggy at all! These waffle cones were quite thick and it was a very popular table snack among the kids AND adults! I used only fresh fruit not frozen so their was less juice.

All my labels and table tents were made by me on my computer using a word document program. I used heavy cards took to print them on cut out the frame cutout shape and cut an extra 1.5" inch strip off the bottom of each page, taped into a circle/ring shape and cut two slots on either side to slide the cutout tent into for the "stand".

Hi there! Sorry I didn't receive your comments and couldn't add captions to the photos. For the pasta, first I cooked all my pasta al-dente. Then gently rinsed to cool and separated into zip lock bags according to the number of colors I wanted. Then added the food coloring to bags and gently shook to coat pasta in the color and let sit for a short while. Then a I rinsed each color individually in strainer until water ran clear. The pasta was then tossed in large bowl using diced cucumbers, tomatoes, black olives, green onions, real bacon bits, garlic and herbs salad dressing season packet, 1 cup mayo, parmesan and black pepper to taste. Chill until ready to serve. Hope this helps!
