The peacock theme was one of the nursery décor choices, so after our client chose a beachy option, we decided to do the Sip & See in the peacock theme. We designed custom invites, stationery for thank yous, hang tags, pick sticks and a pattern Gumdrop Cookie Shop printed for us. The guests loved them and Gumdrop Cookie Shop did an amazing job recreating the design. There was a “hand wash station” with monogrammed Luke towels with the peacocks and a sign that read “He’s as cute as he can be. Please wash your hands so he stays germ free.” Guests enjoyed the “peacocktail” which was champagne with a splash of Blue Curacao and tea sandwiches by Christafaro’s Catering. Peacock feathers were added to the centerpieces to keep the theme throughout the table settings. The dessert table featured cupcakes and cheesecake pops compliments of Southern Belle’s Cakery, M&M’s in apothecaries, a large branchy centerpiece, Baby Luke banner by Party Starters, and a picture of Luke taken by Lena Hyde Photography, all incorporating the light blue and teal color palette.
