My sister loves all things Audrey and breakfast at Tiffany's is one of her favorite films! We wouldn't tell her the theme, only to wear her best LBD. We asked that each guest wore a LBD (or black top) and gave each person a string of pearls (fake, of course) when they entered and mini tiara/hair pins (Like audrey). We served brunch type foods and had a mimosa bar and "make your own frapp" station as well. My sister isn't a traditional gal, so we played pin the "badge" on the officer (since her fiance is a cop) and used the same looking sleep mask from the film as the "blind-fold"; it was a huge hit! We used a lot of damask and tiffany blue in the colors and also scattered more pearls and fake diamonds on the welcome table (with advice for the bride) and main table to eat on.
Right before our bride walked in, her fiance gave her the original shower invite AND a Tiffany's bracelet (from him) so she knew the theme and also was able to wear her new jewelery to the party.
Def the Pin the Badge on the officer game!
The bride to be!

Activities / Games
Pin the badge on the officer, a game of "how well do you know the bride & groom", and each guest received a string of pearls upon entering. If they said the words, "wedding" "Shauna" or "Jeff", and someone caught it, they lost their pearls. The person w/ the most pearls at the end won a prize
Fake pearls (also doubled as a game), mini tiaras and small tins of tiffany blue jelly beans
