Had some friends visiting from Spain, and so we wanted to welcome them with something they were familiar with ie: Tapas and Sangria and also introduce them to a typical US meal of BBQ. I set up a beautiful display of meats, cheeses, empanada, olives etc... I also created two types of Sangria, the typical red wine and mixed fruites and a white wine with lemon version. For BBQ we served the traditional burgers, hotdogs, corn, skirt steak, red potatoes, sausage and Lamb chops. It was a huge hit!

When my out of town guests took to the BBQ and staged a photo shoot exclaiming that they thought the big stainless steel bbq's were a thing of American movies only. They were beyond thrilled.
