Spots and Stripes Tea Party

I love a good party, don't you? Even more so I love making my children's birthdays into something really special and putting that loving touch into the event by doing as much as I can myself. We recently celebrated our eldest daughter Chloe's fifth birthday. Celebrate we did with two parties on the day! One in the morning for all her kindergarten friends, then again in the afternoon for family and close friends.

You only turn Five once and it is an age that encompasses so many milestones.

  Loot bags filled with lollies and take home treats from the candy bar. More bling - bracelets, rings, necklaces and faity wands.

  The reaction on her face when she saw the table first thing in the morning. Watching my daughter lapping up the attention and loving that it was all about her.

  Pink lamingtons, marshmellow cones, tea cups, pink smarties, musk sticks, cake pops, fairy bread, slipper and crown biscuits, party pies, sausage rolls, mini frankfurts, finger sandwiches
