SUPER DIY Super Mario Birthday party

After months of planning and DIY creations I successfully did the mother of all Mario DIY birthday for my Twin girls. From the Boo balloons to the cake it was all made by me... tons of work and love went into this party.

• What People Ate

  Chicken and cheese Pastelitos, Tacos Dorados with lettuce and sour cream, hotdog bites, baked ziti, pork shoulder (pernil), rice with pigeon peas

• What People Drank

  All types of Soda and iced water

• Desserts

  Lemon cupcakes with chocolate cream cheese buttercream, Rice Krispies stars, Chocolate pudding, Super Mario Gelatin, Chocolate "Brownie" cake, tamarind Mexican candy sticks, Candy from piñata

• Party Favors

  Set of Mario Mini Lego.

• Activities / Games

  Had about 40 Boo balloons filled with actual money (quarters, dimes, nickels) and gold plastic coins, kids had to pop the ballons and collect change ... whoever gets the most gold coins get a price. Musical Chairs, Wii U Super smash brothers challenge and the DIY chomp chomp piñata
