{Superhero Comic Birthday}

I can finally share with you guys my little boy's 7th birthday party. As always, he had chosen his theme many months ago and I was really excited to create his long awaited Superhero Party. This has been a very popular theme lately so I wanted to incorporate several of my favorite things while focusing on vintage characters and pop art just to make it our own. I started planning this party back in December when I found four prints of comic book covers and superheroes. That's when I decided I wanted the comic book feel. • What People Ate

  We served a variety of foods such rice, chicken fingers, chicken and beef kabobs, pizza for the kids, hummus, dips and chips.

• What People Drank

  Sangria for the adults, juice and water.

• Party Favors

  Every kid received a superhero cape and mask that matched a favor box full of superhero items: lanyards, stickers, tattoos, erasers, coloring books w/ crayons, socks, key chains, nail polish and bracelets for the girls.

• Activities / Games

  The kids enjoyed the pool and a photo booth!
